Suiseiseki under the Knife

Just something I wanted to do long ago. I love Rozen Maiden!!! I'm still learning how to paint blood and guts and all that. Actully, if any of you know a cool tutorial on how to draw and paint gore stuff, please, tell me!!! I would be very grateful!!!
